Condense runs a Shopify store itself. That is why the client's side of the table is familiar

Why it is here
Smelt is not here because it is a pretty project. It is here because every day it puts Condense on the same side of the table as its clients: stock, shipping rates, returns, campaigns, ads and customer service. When Condense recommends something, it has usually been tried, paid for and measured on the bottom line first.
The store
Sauna tents and accessories, sold to the Nordics and Germany. Six languages, five countries and one Shopify store with Shopify Markets, localised content and shipping per country.
What clients get from it
- Prioritisation: which features move something, and which only cost.
- Operations: what breaks in a campaign week, and how to avoid it.
- Conversion: what a product page has to do when the product needs consideration before purchase.
- International sales: VAT, duties, languages and payment methods in practice, not in theory.
Scope
- Shopify Markets and localisation in six languages
- Theme, content and product presentation
- Conversion work, campaigns and tracking
- Day-to-day operations as the owner
